We’ve made a small but important UX improvement in campaign management. Starting now, UTM parameters can also be configured in SMS and Mobile Push campaigns—just like in Email and Web Push.
This change ensures a consistent experience across all campaign types and makes it easier to track the performance of your outbound messaging in analytics platforms.
What’s new
- A dedicated UTM section is now available when configuring SMS and Mobile Push campaigns
- UI is consistent with the one used in Email and Web Push
- Allows defining standard UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, etc.)
- All links in the message can be tracked with these UTM values
