Sending Operational SMS and Push Notifications is a capability in Synerise that enables sending non-marketing messages via SMS, Mobile Push, and Web Push to customers regardless of their marketing subscription status. A new setting in the campaign Audience section — "Send without marketing agreement check" — allows time-sensitive or operational messages to reach customers who have not opted in to marketing communication.
The feature is available in SMS, Mobile Push, and Web Push campaign configuration within the Synerise Communication module.
