We’re introducing Query Suggestions Preview – a new feature designed to give you deeper insight and greater control over how search suggestions are generated and displayed. Now, you can test, evaluate, and refine suggestions in real time, making your AI-powered search more relevant and user-friendly than ever.
What’s new?
Query Suggestions Preview gives you a dedicated space to:
- Preview Suggestions Live – Type directly into the search box and watch suggestions appear dynamically, just like an end user would experience them.
- View Relevance Scores – See numerical relevance scores (up to 100) for each suggestion to understand why certain terms are prioritized
- Identify Suggestion Origins – Instantly know if a suggestion is engine-based, attribute-based, or manually added
- Manage with Deny List – Easily remove irrelevant or unwanted suggestions by adding them to a deny list, keeping your search experience clean and intentional.
How it works
Simply enter a query in the Query SuggestionsPreview section within the Synerise platform. As you type, the system displays suggestions in descending order of relevance score. For each suggestion, you’ll be able to:
- Review its score to determine ranking strength.
- See its type to understand its source.
- Add it to the deny list to exclude it from being shown in live search
This gives you the same view your users would see — with the added benefit of behind-the-scenes insights.
