Synerise’s new profile picker is now live — redesigned from the ground up to help you move faster and work smarter.
✅ Search by segmentation – preview content for entire audiences, not just individual users. In addition to existing search options using attributes or tags, you can now browse profiles by segmentation.
💡 Example: You’re building an abandoned cart template filled with personalized recommendations and complex Jinjava logic. This content only renders correctly for users who actually have items in their cart. Now, instead of manually recreating those conditions or hunting through the Profiles module o find a matching profile, you simply select your “Abandoned Cart” segment in the profile picker. Instantly, you get a list of users who meet the criteria, and any of them will render the template perfectly for preview and testing.
✅ Test profiles: And yes — it includes your test profiles, always just one click away. Mark selected profiles as test profiles in workspace settings, and they’ll appear instantly in a dedicated section of the picker - no need to search for them every time you run a test or preview a setup.
