When a customer account is closed or a full data removal is requested, you don’t need to manually delete profiles across segments, catalogs, or workflows. The Delete Profile node handles it automatically.
How it works
Build a workflow that starts with a specific event or set up a recurring process using the Audience node, and then add the Delete Profile node to remove the profile from the database.
