At the end of April, we hosted Empik Group, JD Sports Fashion, and MODIVO Group at an in-person Synerise Client Meetup — at our headquarters, Synerise Arena Kraków.

Three teams shaping retail and e-commerce in the region — category leaders in books and media, sports retail, and fashion e-commerce.

The day ran on Brickworks — our behavioral CMS. Define once, deliver everywhere, personalized in real time. We walked the room through what native behavioral AI infrastructure unlocks at the agent layer. Shopping Assistant and Automation Agent on real customer signal, live in the room. The roadmap for the next agents joining the family.

The most valuable part of the day happened between the slides. In the conversations that only happen face to face — about where rule-based personalization stops scaling, what schema-free behavioral data changes in day-to-day retail operations, and what these teams expect from the next generation of tooling.

Thanks to Empik Group, JD Sports Fashion, and MODIVO for showing up ready to push the agenda. Category leaders don't visit vendors — they visit infrastructure partners. The teams that push the agenda decide what gets built next.
