That's the idea behind Synerise Way 2026 — our ceremony on 11 July at Synerise Arena Kraków. The whole day was built around one line: recognizing the people, teams, and partners who turn technology into real business impact. Fourteen awards. Two expert talks. One live demo. And a room full of proof that behavioral AI infrastructure earns its keep only when someone builds something real on top of it.

We opened without a product pitch. This day was about much more than technology — it was about the people who make it matter.

Part one: the teams with the biggest impact

The first awards went to the teams who moved fast and measured what happened. Loyalty live in a mobile app in a matter of months. A global rollout across nineteen markets in under six. Early adopters putting new products into production before anyone else. Campaigns that broke their own engagement and retention records. Gamification that made an app stickier than ever. Personalization that reset customer engagement in financial services. And a Synerise Champion — the single most active individual across the entire platform.

Different sectors, different problems, one pattern: nobody waited for the technology to be perfect.

From pilot to profits

Simon Hay - Executive Chairman at Synerise, took the stage for the keynote: From Pilot to Profits — winning with AI autonomous retail intelligence. The throughline of the day sat in that title. The distance between a promising pilot and a real line on the P&L is where most AI stalls. It's also where the actual work is.

Part two: the partners scaling it

The second half belonged to the partners scaling that work across the globe. The most certified partner teams. The shortest time-to-value. A joint value proposition recognized in the Gartner Market Guide. The strongest delivery performance across markets. And a partner that built its own solution on Synerise behavioral AI infrastructure — which is exactly what infrastructure is for. Plus a partner-side Synerise Champion, with more certifications than anyone else in the network.

Enterprise-grade trust, delivered together — that's what scaling looks like.

Where AI is heading — and what it looks like live

Jack Dąbrowski's Chief AI Officer, Partner at Synerise - expert talk, Geopolitics of AI, widened the lens from the room to the map: where AI capability concentrates, and what that means for the companies building on top of it.

Then the part everyone waited for. Sebastian Szczepaniak Head of Brand Growth & Product Evangelisation at Synerise ran a live demo of Synerise AI Agent — autonomous AI, working on stage, in real time. The agent itself, making decisions live. That's the point we keep making: agents aren't the headline, they're what behavioral AI infrastructure makes possible. When the data layer already understands behavior, the agent has something real to act on.

120 years of Wisła Kraków

The day didn't end when the awards did. We moved from the ceremony to the pitch to mark 120 years of Wisła Kraków — with a match against Wrexham AFC at Synerise Arena Kraków. 120th anniversary matchday — a foundation moment for the future. Two comeback stories Synerise brought together: one club back in the top flight, another rebuilt in front of the world. Then the night carried on at the after-party, where the conversations kept going long after the final whistle.

The Synerise Way

Fourteen awards. Winners on that stage took the same infrastructure and did something specific with it — solutions built from scratch on top of ours. That's the difference between technology and impact. People.

To every winner and every nominee — this is the Synerise Way.
